Sorrento Valley Industrial Building Trades for $7M
SAN DIEGO-CoStar Group reported that Peckham Family Trust has picked up an industrial building that houses a U.S. Army Reserves armory in Sorrento Valley for about $7 million. The 40,782-square-foot facility, located at 11620-11630 Sorrento Valley Road, was sold by Marquis Property Co. of Malibu.
The Sorrento Valley industrial building was constructed in 1963 and refurbished in 2005. In the deal, the buyer was represented by Cushman & Wakefield and the seller was represented by CFI. For the full story, go to San Diego Business Journal .
