Four Corners Sells Three Restaurant Properties in Chicago

CHICAGO-Four Corners Tavern Group Inc. has sold three properties in Chicago and plans to use the proceeds for an expansion. The company has sold Benchmark at 1510 N. Wells St.; Kirkwood Bar & Grill at 2934 N. Sheffield Ave.; and WestEnd at 1326 W. Madison St. to Scottsdale, Arizona-based STORE Capital, which paid nearly $14 million to Four Corners ventures for the properties.
Four Corners will leaseback the properties from STORE Capital. It has plans to purchase three more Chicago properties using the proceeds. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
