Saks Leases at New Eagan Outlet Mall

EAGAN, MN-Saks Inc. has leased a 28,000-square-foot space at a new outlet mall to be developed on a site close to the Mall of America by Paragon Outlet Partners. The space will house a Saks Fifth Avenue Off 5th discount store, which will serve as the anchor tenant of the 400,000-square-foot mall named as Paragon Outlets Twin Cities at Eagan under a lease that expires in 2015.
