Sunroad Enterprises Breaks Ground on Ariva Apartments

SAN DIEGO-Sunroad Enterprises has started construction on Ariva, a 253-unit apartment community in San Diego Spectrum Center in Kearny Mesa. The developer is in collaboration with Wermers Properties on the project at the junction of Ariva Way and San Diego Spectrum Boulevard.
Thomas Cox Architects is the designer, Schmidt Design is the landscape architect, Robin Wilson is the interior designer and Kitchell Contractors is the general contractor for the multifamily project.
