R.W. Holmes Realty Negotiates 90 Norfolk Street Lease

CAMBRIDGE, MA-Global Experience Specialists, a company of Viad Corp., has signed a 24,000-square-foot office space lease in a building measuring 104,000 square feet at 90 Norfolk Street in Mansfield. Other terms of the transaction were not revealed. In the lease, Cushman and Wakefield brokered for the tenant, while R.W. Holmes Realty negotiated for the owner, Atlantic Management.
Meanwhile, retailer Ulta Beauty has signed a 10,000-square-foot lease at Patriot Place in Foxborough, Massachusetts, to open a new beauty store next summer. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
