Tile Shop to Open Store at Sherwood Plaza

NATICK, MA-Tile Shop Holdings' division, Tile Shop has leased the former Loehmann's space measuring 26,288 square feet at Sherwood Plaza in Natick, Massachusetts, to open its first store in the Bay State. The lease runs for 10 years. Other conditions of the transaction were not revealed. H. Cohen Associates and HC Atlantic Development LP are the owners of Sherwood Plaza on Route 9.
In the deal, Atlantic Retail Properties' Ben Starr brokered for the tenant, while Ria K. McNamara negotiated for the owners. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
