Cushman & Wakefield Negotiates Shapeways Leases
LONG ISLAND CITY, NY-Shapeways has leased a 25,000-square-foot space at 30-02 48th Avenue in Long Island City, Queens for 10 years. The asking rent for the second-floor space of the three-story warehouse was $15 per square foot. Mark Karasick is the owner of the property. Shapeways has also inked a 6,000-square-foot lease at a 12,000-square-foot building at 419 Park Avenue South to accommodate its front-office and sales staff.
