Two Tenants Sign Leases at Throgs Neck Shopping Center

NEW YORK CITY-Developer Joseph Simone has secured two new tenants to occupy space at the Throgs Neck Shopping Center, a 300,000-square-foot project he is developing in the Bronx. Petco has leased 10,000 square feet and Famous Footwear has leased 5,500 square feet at the retail center from Simone Development Companies.
The retail project, started last year at 815 Hutchinson River Parkway, is scheduled to be finished in March 2014. Ripco Real Estate brokered the transaction. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
