SANTA ANA, CA-Developer Michael Harrah is planning to start construction on One Broadway Plaza, a 37-story office tower in downtown Santa Ana, by next summer. He announced his plans for the 612,000-square-foot building at a Santa Ana City Council meeting on Monday.
Harrah said in an interview that he and his partners have managed to obtain financing for the $292-million office project and that financing for the project will be confirmed by April or May. For the full story, go to Orange County Register .
