SAN ANTONIO-A real estate investment trust has expanded its multifamily portfolio with the acquisition of three apartment communities in Texas and Illinois. Steadfast Income REIT Inc. has spent approximately $68 million on three multifamily properties, which include Ashley Oaks in North Central San Antonio and one community each in Palatine and Roselle, Illinois.
The Ashley Oaks complex, situated at 16400 Henderson Pass, was constructed in two phases in 1985 and 1995. It was purchased for $30.79 million. For the full story, go to San Antonio Business Journal .
