Construction Begins on BelVista Residential Complex

FRANKFURT-HOCHTIEF Solutions began construction work on BelVista, a residential community in Frankfurt's Europaviertel West, in October 2012. The project is handled by HOCHTIEF's two business units, HTP and formart. The complex will feature Belvivo, a residential and commercial building with a 139,931-square-foot rentable area, and Belverde, a residential building ensemble with a 95,799-square-foot living space. Belvivo was secured by ABG FRANKFURT HOLDING Wohnungsbau- und Beteiligungsgesellschaft as a share deal in May 2012.
