NEW YORK CITY-A Jamestown fund is close to purchasing the Milk Studios building situated in the Meatpacking District for $300 million. The eight-story, 325,000-square-foot office building at 450 W. 15th St. was converted from storage to commercial space.
Along with the photography studio, Chandler Chicco and Phillips de Pury are major tenants in the building. In 2008, Rockpoint and Stellar Management purchased the building for $161 million through Eastdil Secured's Adam Spies and Douglas Harmon. For the full story, go to New York Post .
