Sunnyvale City Center Secures Two New Tenants
SUNNYVALE, CA-AppSense Inc. and Scottsdale, Arizona-based GoDaddy have signed office leases at Sunnyvale City Center, a Class A office development at 100 Mathilda Ave. in Sunnyvale. AppSense has leased 22,465 square feet and GoDaddy has taken 8,160 square feet at the Sunnyvale office complex.
In the lease deals, GoDaddy was represented by Cornish & Carey Commercial Newmark Knight Frank and AppSense was represented by Colliers International, while landlord JP Morgan was represented by Cassidy Turley. For the full story, go to Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal .
