NEW YORK CITY-BevForce is expanding its footprint on Harrison Street in lower Manhattan. The agency has signed a lease for three years with Franklin Credit Management Corp. for 5,900 square feet of space at 6 Harrison St. situated between Hudson and Greenwich streets.
The asking rent for the short-term lease was $38.80 per square foot. In the lease transaction, the tenant was represented by Cast Iron Real Estate Co.'s Kim Skarvelis, and the landlord was represented by ABS Partners Real Estate's Amy Murawski. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
