DENVER-Corporex Colorado LLC has completed construction of the RidgeGate Hampton Inn & Suites, a 106-room hotel on Lincoln Avenue in Lone Tree. The new hotel, situated off Interstate 25, will be opened today.
CPX Lone Tree Hotel LLLP, a joint venture between Corporex and Iron Gate Capital, is the owner of the Lone Tree hotel. The total costs of the project were appraised at $15 million. Corporex, a division of Covington, Ky.-based Corporex Cos., is also developing Fitzsimons Village in Aurora. For the full story, go to Denver Business Journal .
