London Office Sells for GBP 177M

LONDON- Azerbaijan sovereign wealth fund, The State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan has paid roughly GBP 177.3 million to acquire a Grade II listed office property at St James's Street in London's West End. The seller was RREEF Real Estate fund Grundbesitz Europa. The property measuring roughly 11,000 square feet is fully leased to HSBC bank at an annual rent of approximately GBP 9.6 million until 2023.
