Terreno Realty to Pay $8M for Tukwila Industrial Building
SEATTLE-Terreno Realty is buying an industrial building measuring approximately 110,000 square feet at 17600 West Valley Highway in Tukwila. The San Francisco-based real estate investment trust said that it will pay roughly $8 million for the Seattle area property.
