Terreno Realty to Pay $8M for Tukwila Industrial Building

SEATTLE-Terreno Realty is buying an industrial building measuring approximately 110,000 square feet at 17600 West Valley Highway in Tukwila. The San Francisco-based real estate investment trust said that it will pay roughly $8 million for the Seattle area property.
The industrial building is fully leased to six tenants. Public records revealed that David K. Bromel is the owner of the West Valley Highway building. For the full story, go to Puget Sound Business Journal .
