TEWKSBURY, MA-Cambridge Isotope Laboratories has leased an office/laboratory space measuring 38,500 square feet at 3 Highwood Drive in Tewksbury, Massachusetts. The 105,000-square-foot building is part of Highwood Office Park comprising three Class A office buildings. Other terms of the transaction were not revealed. However, according to a Jones Lang LaSalle's third quarter report, average asking rents for Class A properties was $22 in north of Boston.
In the deal, Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant, while Cushman & Wakefield brokered for the owner, BPG Properties Ltd. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
