CHICAGO-Jim Sirotzki, a real estate investor from Glenview, is buying a single-story retail property in Lakeview for about $3.7 million. The building, which comprises 9,530 square feet of retail space, is located at 3601-3619 N. Broadway St. North American Real Estate, a Schaumburg-based real estate company, is the seller.
