Residential Credit Solutions Signs 106,500-SF Lease

FORT WORTH-Residential Credit Solutions Inc. has signed a five-year lease for an office space in north Fort Worth. The mortgage-services company has leased 106,500 square feet at 4708 Mercantile Drive. It will occupy the old Saxon Mortgage space in the building.
Residential, which currently located at 4282 North Freeway, will move all 300 employees into the new office space by late February. Jones Lang LaSalle's Matt Montague and Pat McDowell represented the tenant, while Mercantile Partners' Andrew Ward and Brian Randolph represented the landlord.
