CAMBRIDGE, UK-Brookgate has opened Microsoft Research's new home at 21 Station Road in Cambridge. The new six-story building, part of the CB1 masterplan, comprises 83,500 square feet and it was pre-leased to Microsoft Research under a 20-year lease agreement.
Chetwoods Architects designed the building. Microsoft Research will house its European Research headquarters at the building, which will accommodate around 220 employees. The building has attained a BREEAM excellent rating. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
