LaSalle Buys Bury St. Edmunds Retail Scheme
CAMBRIDGE, UK-LaSalle Investment Management has purchased the long leasehold of The Parkway, a retail scheme in Bury St Edmunds, for around GBP 10 million. The 41,100-square-foot leisure scheme, developed in 2005, anchored by a Cineworld multiplex cinema and includes five restaurants.
Ask Pizza, Frankie & Benny's, KFC, Subway and Giraffe occupy the retail complex. LaSalle Investment Management purchased the property for a client. Knight Frank advised LaSalle in the deal. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
