BATON ROUGE, LA-Another apartment community has been opened in Baton Rouge. LDG Development of Louisville, Kentucky, has opened Mallard Crossing, an affordable housing complex consisting of 192 units on Greenwell Spring Road. The Advocate reported that the $24-million multifamily development is located beside the Greenwell Spring library.
