NEW YORK CITY-The owners of Red Mango have leased a storefront spanning 1,250 square feet in the luxury rental building, The Capitol, situated at 55 W. 25th Street, between Broadway and Sixth Avenue. The asking rent for the 10-year lease was $150 per square foot. Chelsea New York Realty Company is the owner of the property.
In the deal, RKF's Andrew Stern and Gary Alterman brokered for the tenant, while Rose Associates' Bill Bergman and Bruce Spiegel negotiated for the owner. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
