HKS Lands Corporate HQ at Patriot Tower

DALLAS-HKS Inc. of Dallas has leased 142,000 square feet at Patriot Tower, a 600,000-square-foot office tower in downtown Dallas. The lease deal was announced after Midland-based Moriah Real Estate Co. and Dallas-based Todd Interests closed on the 30-story skyscraper on Wednesday.
Developer Shawn Todd said that he is planning to begin construction on the building immediately. The building is being rebranded as One Dallas Center. Dallas-based Greyhound Lines Inc. also signed a 97,500-square-foot lease at the building. Encore Enterprises is the landlord. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
