Legal & General Property Buys West Tower in Docklands

LONDON-Legal & General Property has paid more than GBP 40 million for the West Tower, a 100,000-square-foot office building at 6 Greenwich View Place in the Docklands. The property is the data-hosting facility of Telstra Corporation Limited's UK based subsidiary, Telstra Global EMEA.
The facility contains hosting space on the ground floor, basement and nine upper floors. Telstra Global EMEA will sign a new 25-year lease for the facility with Legal & General Property. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
