MIAMI-UBS has acquired the B/E Aerospace facility situated near Miami International Airport for $26 million. The property comprises a 156,820-square-foot warehouse with an office build-out and a 52,180-square-foot office building. The buildings, constructed in 2000, are situated at 1000 and 10000 NW 15th Terrace in the Airport West/Doral submarket of Miami.
