Terranova, Acadia Spend $139M on Lincoln Road Retail Properties

MIAMI BEACH-The Miami Herald reported that Miami Beach-based Terranova Corp. and Acadia Realty Trust have purchased a three-building retail portfolio along Lincoln Road in Miami Beach for $139 million. It is the highest price paid in 2012 for the Lincoln Road property.
The three retail properties are located at 719, 801 and 826 Lincoln Road. They are leased to several tenants including Score, Steve Madden and Fossil. Last month, Terranova leased space in the Lincoln Road district for a Gap store. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
