PS Business Parks Buys Three Austin Flex Buildings for $15M

AUSTIN, TX-PS Business Parks Inc., a Glendale-based real estate investment trust that manages and owns business parks in eight states, has acquired three multi-tenant flex facilities in Austin for $14.9 million. The buildings are located adjacent to the REIT's business parks.
The flex buildings, which comprise 226,000 square feet, are 86% leased. The company owns six business parks in Austin and its current portfolio includes 28.3 million square feet of property. For the full story, go to San Fernando Valley Business Journal .
