CHARLOTTE, NC-Driven Brands is planning to shift its headquarters from First Citizens Bank Plaza to Ally Center. The company has leased the seventh-floor space, or 26,753 square feet, at Ally Center in uptown Charlotte.
Principal Financial Group Inc. and Trinity Capital Advisors are the owners of the Ally Center building. Jim Thorp and Chase Monroe of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant, while the owners were represented by John Ball and Leah Bailey of Trinity Partners.
