IMC Real Estate Pays $20M for Community Corporate Center

COLUMBUS, OH-Canada's IMC Real Estate Management has recently bought the Crosswoods Center office building near Worthington. An affiliate of Tom Marmaros' IMC Real Estate bought Community Corporate Center, a nine-story, 250,169-square-foot building located at 445 Hutchinson Ave., for $20.5 million.
The building is leased to different tenants, including AmerAssist A/R Solutions Inc. and Erie Insurance. Sam Zell and Equity Office Properties affiliates had owned the property since 1990. For the full story, go to Columbus Business First .
