DALLAS-Houston's Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP will move its Dallas office from One Lincoln Park to One Victory Park. The firm has signed a 31,608-square-foot lease at One Victory Park at 2323 Victory Ave.
HFF will move more than 100 employees into the 12th floor of the 19-story office tower in Victory Park in September. The company was represented by Jones Lang LaSalle, while the building owner, a joint venture of UST Victory Park and Hines, was represented by Cushman & Wakefield.
