LAKEWOOD, CO-A California-based real estate company has purchased two office buildings totaling 49,000 square feet in Lakewood. Pathfinder Partners LLC, based in San Diego, has purchased two facilities at the Garrison Business Park at 9195-9197 W. 6th Ave. for $4.5 million from the Great American Leasing Corp.
The buildings, which comprise office, warehouse and laboratory space, are leased to ATG Rehab, Golder Associates Inc. and Pinkard Construction Co. Larry Thiel and Brad Cohen of Transwestern represented the buyer in the deal. For the full story, go to Denver Business Journal .
