HOUSTON-Black Forest Ventures, a private equity management firm based in The Woodlands, has sold an office building in the Energy Corridor District to New York-based DRA Advisors LLC. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The 174,521-square-foot building, developed in 2007, is located at 17000 Katy Freeway and is fully occupied by the John Wood Group and Mustang Engineering. HFF LP negotiated the deal on behalf of both the seller and the buyer. For the full story, go to Houston Business Journal .
