MIAMI-Publix affiliates have acquired Colonial Shopping Center and Plantation Towne Square. Entities associated with Publix Super Markets, Inc. bought the two retail centers from Plaza Development Realty.
The 67,351-square-foot Colonial Shopping Center is located at 9510 - 9698 SW 160th St. in Miami and the 108,111-square-foot Plantation Towne Square is located at 6905-6989 West Broward Blvd. Luis Castillo, Daniel Finkle and Robert Saracco of Holliday Fenoglio Fowlery handled the deal on behalf of Plaza Development Realty.
