OCEANSIDE, CA-James and Linda Ritch have picked up a mixed-use building in Oceanside. They paid $3.6 million for the residential and retail property at 510 N. Coast Highway and 502-508 Sportsfisher Drive. The property comprises 16 apartment units and 4 retail suites.
The Oceanside building was sold by Surfrider Shores LP. JP Morgan Chase Bank provided a $2.16-million loan to finance the acquisition. Lee & Associates represented the seller and Hendricks and Partners represented the buyers in the deal. For the full story, go to The San Diego Metropolitan .
