Blue Rock Spends $66M on Three Multifamily Properties

TAMPA, FL-Blue Rock Partners LLC of Tampa has purchased three multifamily properties totaling 1,218 units in Lakeland and Brandon for $66 million in partnership with Deerfield Beach-based Konover South LLC. The apartment complexes were sold by limited liability companies associated with Zygmut "Zygi" Wilf.
The properties include Plantation Key Apartments, a 712-unit complex, and Providence Park Apartments, a 270-unit property, in Brandon and Martin's Landing Apartments, a 236-unit complex in Lakeland. For the full story, go to Tampa Bay Business Journal .
