WASHINGTON, DC-William C. Smith & Co. has received building permit for a $140-million multifamily project at 880 New Jersey Ave. SE. The Park Chelsea will feature 436 apartment units, retail space and below-grade parking.
The 13-story building will also include a rooftop pool, and indoor lap pool, rooftop grilling and lounging areas, Pilates studio, a community garden and a dog exercise area.
