WASHINGTON, DC-NeighborWorks America has signed an agreement to shift its national headquarters to NoMa from Metro Center. The community development organization has inked a lease for 10 years with the CIM Group for 65,000 square feet of office space at 999 N. Capitol St. NE.
NeighborWorks has plans to move into the nine-story office building from 1325 G St. NW in Q2 2013. The 321,980-square-foot North Capitol Street building is nearly 65% leased. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
