Heritage Legacy Sells Boston Apple Store

BOSTON-Heritage Legacy LLC has sold an Apple store spanning 21,348 square feet at 815-825 Boylston Street for a price of $27.5 million. The buyer of the showcase shop in Boston's Back Bay is Tribeca APL Boston LLC based in London. Rockland Trust offered $18 million in financing for the acquisition of the shop.
The shop offers more products and customer demonstrations when compared to the average Apple store. It also features a Genius Bar where Apple workers help fix technical problems. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
