Follow this StoryDENNISON, TXTranswestern has negotiated the sale of a 140,000-square-foot, building leased by Connecticut General Life Insurance Company. The building was purchased by a local investment partnership, Covenant Denison Holdings LLC, Tom L. Johnson, President from GE Commercial Finance Business Property.
