Senate OKs Incentives, Coutinho Pleads Guilty
TRENTON, NJ-The state Senate voted this afternoon to approve the version of the business incentives program favored by Gov. Chris Christie. This morning, the Assembly sponsor of the bill - Albert Coutinho, who had resigned on Wednesday - plead guilty to theft from his family’s charitable foundation.
