Sheldon Silver should mind his own business. Financing 3WTC by the Port Authority is uncalled for. Silver must be a friend of Larry Silverstein. That money is better served by making the improvements to transportation, airports, bridges, tunnels etc. If their is such confidence in the market, private financing should not be a problem. Silverstein knows that its cheap money from the Port Authority and if he defaults, they are left holding real estate they never should have been involved with in the first place.
