As a Past President of AIR it's wonderful to see how far this technology has evolved. Back in the 1980s we had the entire Multiple running on the DOS system, and in the early 1990s we had Microsoft create a new software program to have all of the information run within Windows. This cost us approximately $400,000.00 at the time. Never did we dream at the time that all of these companies would be getting into the game, providing new and better ways to track the data and make it available to all of the brokers, making it easier for everyone and less expensive, too.
