Ehrenberg To Lead CBRE Facilities Management

Ehrenberg
LOS ANGELES-CB Richard Ellis has named Maureen Ehrenberg as the head of global facilities management for the company’s Global Corporate Services (GCS) group. Ehrenberg, who is based in Chicago, recently joined CBRE as senior managing director in its strategic consulting division.

CBRE’s Global Corporate Services group provides transaction, facilities and project management and strategic consulting services to major occupiers around the world. In her role as the head of GCS, Ehrenberg will lead the group in assisting CBRE's corporate, healthcare and public sector clients who seek change in managing their facilities and related functions as a means to streamline operations and reduce operating expenses.

Ehrenberg previously led the Global Client Services business for Grubb & Ellis, which included property and facility management, transaction management, project management, lease administration and strategic consulting services. William Concannon, president of Global Corporate Services for CBRE, says that facilities management is a highly successful service line for the company and that CBRE expects the service line will "grow more quickly under Maureen's leadership."
