ARBUTUS, MD-The bwtech@UMBC Research and Technology Park continues to prove popular as several tenants sign on for a total of 18,000 sf of space in a recently completed 60,000-sf office/lab facility. The building is the second structure developed by Grosvenor in the suburban Baltimore park.
