MONTICELLO, NY-Empire Resorts, Inc., enters into a binding agreement to acquire two former Catskill resort hotels here in Sullivan County as part of its plan to build a casino resort for the Seneca-Cayuga Tribe of Oklahoma. The deal involves the purchase of the famed Concord and Grossingers resort hotels located in the town of Thompson.
