Zell, Fascitelli See Market Return by 2012

CHICAGO-Equity’s Zell and Vornado’s Fascitelli ruminate on the return of real estate at a DLA summit this morning. Zell says he’s bullish on overseas investing, while Fascitelli prefers New York and DC.
