Bentley To Expand ARA Footprint

Bentley
LAS VEGAS-Atlanta-headquartered Apartment Realty Advisors hired Christopher Bentley of the Bentley Group Real Estate Advisors as a principal. Bentley will lead and operate ARA’s newly established Las Vegas operation.
Prior to forming the Bentley Group in 2004, Bentley served as a director of the national multi-housing Group for Marcus & Millichap where he had the distinction of being the top-producing agent in the Las Vegas office for five years, according to a prepared statement.
ARA chairman Gary Kachadurian points out that the Las Vegas office was established “primarily in the wake of acute client interest, coupled with the ability to recruit preeminent talent and satisfy ARA’s strategic growth plan.” He adds that the company’s clients are “always the driving force behind our expansion efforts.”
According to Bentley, “The ARA transaction and ARA finance platform will substantially enhance our service delivery to our clients by allowing us to immediately leverage off of the relationships, knowledge and infrastructure of this powerful team of brokers.” He adds, “When we were ready to move to a national platform—there was no contest. The ARA team has proven time and time again that they have the focus, expertise and business model in place, as borne out by their production numbers, to continue to dominate the multifamily industry.”
