DALLAS-In an auction held by REDC on Saturday, 35 high-rise condos at The Metropolitan in Dallas were sold off. The auction was held in downtown Sheraton. According to REDC, the condos sold at an average price of $177,419.

These condos were previously listed in the market for prices between $150,000 and $334,000. The Metropolitan, located at 1200 Main St. in Dallas, underwent renovations worth $50 million before it was converted from an office high-rise. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal.
